Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes. Every decant is hand-poured from authentic original fragrance bottles. We do not sell replicas, diluted fragrances or fake products.
What decant sizes do you offer and how many sprays can I expect?
We offer sizes from 1.5ml up to 30ml. As a guide, 1.5ml is around 15–18 sprays, 5ml around 50–60 sprays, 10ml around 100–120 sprays and 30ml around 300–350 sprays. Exact spray count can vary by atomizer.
How long does delivery take and what are the charges?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–3 days outside Dhaka after order confirmation. Delivery charge is Tk 80 inside Dhaka and Tk 120 outside Dhaka.
Does a decant perform like the fragrance in the original bottle?
Yes. The perfume is transferred directly from the original bottle without alteration. Longevity and projection can still vary depending on the fragrance, weather and skin chemistry.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If the bottle is broken or leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please inform us while the delivery rider is present. Eligible issues can be replaced at no extra cost. Returns are not accepted simply because a fragrance is not to your personal taste.
Can I inspect the parcel before payment?
Yes. We encourage you to inspect the parcel while the delivery rider is present. Once the perfume has been sprayed, the parcel cannot be returned based on fragrance preference.
