Returns
- You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us immediately upon receiving the product.

- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
